Celebrating with Sweet Sketch Wednesday

This last week the people at Sweet Sketch Wednesday is celebrating the sketch #100!!!!! I didn't played all of them at all, but I played some of them. They have a blog hop and also a freebie to grab to play in the challenge.

I made two cards. Both of them with the same sketch and A Day for Daisies images.
I colored the image with acuarelable pencils.

I cut as a circle shape and distressed the borders with a distressing tool.
I used DPs from my stash, in one of them combining purple tones and the second one pink and green.

Challenges:

Sweet Sketch Wednesday: sketch #100
Dream Valley: flowers
Stampin sisters in Christ: beautiful things
Card Cupids: flowers
Crazy 4 challenges: flowers
Do you stack up: purple
ABC dt challenge: flowers

A thank you card

I made this thank you card, to give to a friend that is recovering from a surgery to give to the people who is taking care of him.

I used the same image my daughter used for a challenge at Make it Colourful, Barbara (Little Miss Muffet) gave me permision to use it :) (Thanks Barbara!!!) I colored it with acuarelable pencils.

I twisted a little bit the sketch as my image was more long than wide, but you can see the sketch clearly :)

I used a dark fuchsia dp (to match the
girl's uniform) and black cardstock. The sentiment is from Create with TLC. And made flowers with punches and blings.

Challenges:
Little Claire: sketch
Little Miss Muffet challenge: dies or punches (punches to make the flowers) Dream Valley: flowers
ABC dt challenge: flowers

Ethnical cards

A couple of months ago I made some Central Asian ethnical cards for request, some people saw them and I was requested again to do something similar with a different porpuse (the first one were to welcome a group of people and these ones are to thank a group of people in another country).

This time I had to make 20 cards, so I was doing them during the week end.

I used 10 different papers that I found here (Printer Soyuz) and the images (4 different ones) are some digis I found surfing the web that are tipical from Kazakhstan.

Challenge:
Joyful stamper: anything goes
Creative cowgirls: anything goes
Scrappy frogs: anything goes

Hope you like them :)
