Lipstick card

Hello and happy Friday!!!

I would like to show you a card I made with the freebie for April for a progressive challenge at Scrappers Delights facebook group.

I used Roses patterned paper (Folia) and oval dies to cut the different parts of the background and also with some black cardstock.

I colored the  image with Koh -i-noor acuarelable pencils, cut it out and placed it on top of the ovals. I think it looks very cute and sassy......

Landscape

Hello and happy Thursday!
We have still one week more for challenge #5 at Cre8tive Hands Friends. The challenge is ANYTHING GOES. I made this card to inspire and remind you:

The image is a Naif landscape, a freebie at Cre8tive Hands blog  (lots of freebies!!!). I colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils. I try to use every color to give a very naif look and try to make a rainbow palette for the fields. I placed it on an orange cardstock mat.

For the background I used a yellow cardstock and a Sizzix embossing folder with some sun rays (it looks to me) I used an orange ink pad to color the embossed cardstock, it gives a nice look to it. And placed it on an orange cardstock mat.

To embellish it I used baker's twine in yellow, light orange and orange colors and tide them together with a knot.

We also have an amazing monthly digi club (April is one - or more- digi a day), info here.

Cute squirrel

Hello and happy Sunday!
I feel terrible, my computer crashed, something burned inside and can't access to the files :(
Now I am using my old computer that should really be retired, but have no option... tomorrow I am taking the computer to fix, if that is possible, my husband doesn't look very optimistic about it...
Anyways, I made a card I would like to show you:

The image is a Cre8tive Hands one and it's one of the images of April Club, cute, isn't it? (Psss.... the club is only $5 a month and this  month is already more than 25 images, sentiments and digital papers, more info here.) I colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils. I love squirrels, and although is not my real name, Ardilla means Squirrel in Spanish (mother language for me), I think they are cute, fun and look great!

I used Poligraphservis patterned paper (forest friends) and some purple cardstock. I used Nestabilities Labels1 to cut the image and the mat.

I used a purple ribbon and made a bow. I also punched out some daisies (punch) and put some golden rhinestones in its centers.

Many Thanks

Hello, friends! Today is Friday!!!!
I can't see the fool moon, is cloudy and rainy, yesterday also was and for tomorrow the forecast says more of the same! Let's rejoice and be glad in the day the Lord made!
I would like to show you a card I made:

This is part of the set for the Stamps of the month progressive challenge at From the Heart Stamps. I colored the butterfly and th flowers with alcohol based markers and cut it out with scissors (not so bad!).

I also printed the sentiment and cut it with an oval die (Sizzix) and made the same for the green cardstock mat.

I used some of the scrap papers I have, because I don't have washi tape (that was the twist for the sketch challenge) and the sketch requires many strips in the background.

I didn't use any embellishment, I only made some faux stitches with a fine green marker and I used foami tape for the butterfly and the corner flowers to give some dimension.

Challenges:

With love letter

Hello, dear friends!
Today we have a new challenge starting at Cre8tive Hands Friends challenge blog, the theme is ANYTHING GOES, I invite you to play with us... This is the card I made:

I colored the image with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils and cut it with an oval die (Sizzix). Used the same shape for the red cardstock mat. There are soooo many cute images in the shop..... and only $1 in April!!!!

I used some papers from my stash. I used blue-red combo, but also the paper has golden and white stars. I thought that this one coul be a fun Mother's Day card for a boy, or a month-versary card from a boy to his girlfriend....

The only embellishment is a blue ribbon and a bow. The sentiment is from Create with TLC and I used a smaller red cardstock oval mat to place it.

Cre8tive Hands also have a fun Facebook Page for Fans, for more challenges, freebies, discussions and more chances to win!!  Hope you can join us!!  Request to join.

Shiny, Happy, Warm Sun

Hello!
How are you doing?
Have you made a card this week? Why don't you show it in our Anything Goes challenge at Cre8tive Hands Friends challenge blog?
Do you know we also have a group in FaceBook, with a freebie progressive challenge?
We also have a club with awesome images and for a very low price. And you also can find great digis in the etsy shop.
As a way to remind you about our challenges, I want to show you this card I made:

The image is a freebie at Cre8tive Hands blog and it is A Page to Color The fun was to color the image and then, I used it for a card. It's like a mini coloring page for adults because of the size I printed it!

I tried to keep a similar pattern and color for the background as the sky and the yellow ribbon was to give the same colors than the image. For the background I used a Circle and Star embossing folder. I also liked to add the dew drops, I thought they went well with the whole card.

I a having a busy week and am a little M.I.A. I guess next week it will be more normal for me (I wish at least). I would like to show you a new card I made for the progressive challenge in Cre8tive Hands fans at Facebook:

I made a different fold card, it opens in the middle (maybe it has a name) and closes with a ribbon and bow. I used Poligraphservis double sided patterned paper for the panels and green cardstock to mat them.

Birthday Cake

Hello!
This is a new card I made, and I think I will keep it for my husband's birthday; he loves cakes and as I am a squirrel, I guess, that goes perfect for his birthday...

The image is by 2 Cute Ink (I won it a couple of weeks ago, yeah!), I colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils and cut it with Labels 2 (Nestabilitites- Spellbinders), the same shape for the green cardstock mat.

The patterned paper is Poligraphservis and the green cardstock for the mat (don't remember brand). My husbands likes bright colors...

I added a green ribbon and a green button to complete the sketch, I love it!.

Mice balloon

Hello!
I would like to show you a card I made for a birthday.

The image is by From the Heart Stamps and is called Mice Balloon. I colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils. I cut it with Labels 1 (Nestabilities - Spellbinders) leaving part of the balloon outside. I used the same shape for the red mat.

Patterned paper is from my stash and for the background I used the white cardstock from the card base.

As embellishments I used three red dew drops (or stickles, I don't know how to call them) and also used glitter glue on the balloon. I also made some faux stitches with a fine red marker.
