Blue and silver

Hello, my friends!
I would like to share with you a couple of images of a Christmas card I just made...

I think the image is from A Day for Daisies, an old freebie. I colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils. I cut it with a Spellbinders label die and used a bigger one for the blue cardstock mat. I also used a silver ribbon and three silver snowflakes. I think it can use some glitter too... maybe I will add some! The back papers are from my stash, the silver one I've got in an exchange and the blue one is Alt-Abdi (from Kz.)

Hope you like it!

Snowman and star

Hello and happy Sunday!!!
It´s almost time to go to bed here, but before I want to show you a new card I made:

The image is Snowman and star and is done by Patti Moore - Pholkart Studio. I colored it with Koh.i.noor aquarelable  pencils and glittered some parts in the hat and the snow with two different kinds of glitter and some golden glitter for the star.

For the background I used a turquoise cardstock and Swirly Stars embossing folder (Sizzix). I also used some Poligrafservis dp for the two pennants.

As embelishment I used a turquoise gingham ribbon and made a bow.

Cute snowman

Hello! Happy Saturday... I hope you are having a great weekend. I had a busy day and am ready for bed. Before heading to rest, I wanted to show you this card I made for a new freebie challenge I found. The artist is Gerda Steiner and she offers every month a freebie for you to craft.

The image is called Cute Snowman and sure he is cute... I colored it with Koh-i-noor aquarelable pencils. I also used glitter for the snow. I placed it on a turquoise/skyblue cardstock mat cut with scalloped square die cut (Sizzix).

I  used Poligrafservis dp and skyblue/turquoise cardstock . The sentiment is by Create with TLC.

As embellishments I used a turquoise/skyblue giant ric-rac. I also punched out a snowflake, a rhinestones in its center and glued it with foami tape.

Kisses from Heaven

This is the second card I was talking about in the previous post. I love the sentiment for this card: Snowflakes are kisses from Heaven (Create with TLC) and I felt that was the appropiated one for this card.

This cute image is a snowman from Jellypark. I colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils and put glitter on the body of this little fellow. I really like the cute robin resting in its hand!!!!!!! I placed it on a green cardstock mat, and made the same with the sentiment.

The background is white cardstock and I used a Sizzix embossing folder from the Birthday set. I also used a green ribbon with snowflakes and a few rhinestones to simulate some snowflakes coming from above.

BTW: Why it is so difficult to take pictures when the background is white??? Do you have the same problem?

I would like to enter this card in the following challenges:
Addicted to CAS: Snow
Bunny Zoe:  winter
Tammy's scraping corner: Let it snow
Forever friends: glitter and sparkle

EDITED: THIS CARDS IS FEATURED ON CREATE WITH TLC.

Snowman CAS card

Hello! As the weather here is cold and full of snow, I am getting inspired to make some Christmas-winter-snow kind of cards. Today I made two CAS cards and this is the first one I want to show you.

The image is Jellypark and I colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils. I also used some glitter for the snow and three rhinestones in one corner.

I used white cardstock and "Vines" (Quick Kutz) embossing folder for the background. And some dark red cardstock for the mat of the image and the sentiment. The sentiment was stamped from a Christmas set with Black Tuxedo Memento ink. I also used a red ribbon with snowflakes.

I would like to enter this card for the following challenges:

Snowman with birds

As I promised yesterday, today I'm uploading two more cards...
One more card, one more snowman... they are so cool!!!!! I like to make cards with snowmen :)

This one is "Feed the birds" from Stretch 'n Bubbles (the store is closing on the 31st, so be fast if you want to buy digis... they have a great promo right now). I colored it with acuarelable pencils and added glitter in the snow part and some bling on the buttons.

I used only white cardstock and used two different embossing folders. Then I used a white ribbon (Home Sweet Home), a silver snowflake and more bling for the snow. I like how all the colors look on the white background.
