Many Thanks

Hello, friends! Today is Friday!!!!
I can't see the fool moon, is cloudy and rainy, yesterday also was and for tomorrow the forecast says more of the same! Let's rejoice and be glad in the day the Lord made!
I would like to show you a card I made:

This is part of the set for the Stamps of the month progressive challenge at From the Heart Stamps. I colored the butterfly and th flowers with alcohol based markers and cut it out with scissors (not so bad!).

I also printed the sentiment and cut it with an oval die (Sizzix) and made the same for the green cardstock mat.

I used some of the scrap papers I have, because I don't have washi tape (that was the twist for the sketch challenge) and the sketch requires many strips in the background.

I didn't use any embellishment, I only made some faux stitches with a fine green marker and I used foami tape for the butterfly and the corner flowers to give some dimension.

Hello and happy FRIDAY!!!!!!!! Yes, finally Friday is here and I am happier today because of it. I can tell you that after the snow we had a couple of days ago, here is really cold and I hope to be home during the weekend to craft warm and not having to go outside :)
This week our challenge at QKR Stampede is GIVE THANKS. It can be a Thanksgiving or a Thank you project. Let's be thankful and take our supplies out to work!!!!!
This is my card for this week's challenge:

I used the digi Mouse (17806) and colored it with Koh.i.noor aquarelable pencils. I used glitter on the flower he is holding to to give a real look. I cut it with an oval die cut (Sizzix) and made the same for the green cardstock mat.

I  used Poligrafservis dp and green cardstock to mat everything.

For embellishments I used a green twine and tied a few strings in a knot. I also punched out some daisies and glittered them and used a tiny rhinestone in each of them. The sentiment is by Create with TLC.

SKdigis Inspirational Tuesday - Sketch #23

Hello and happy Tuesday!
Today we are having a new sketch and more inspiration at SKdigis. This is my card:

I love this mouse, he is so cute and fun.... I colored Grateful Mouse with Koh-i-noor aquarelable pencils and cut with Sizzix circle dies I placed it on a black circle mat cardstock.

I used Muresco papers and more black cardstock.

No embellishments today, but dimension was the thing in this card! This is one of my favorite techniques to use in cards... I glued the mouse, some cheese and the dialog balloon with foam tape (click to make the pic bigger and you can appreciate the dimension).

I hope you like my card and feel inspired to play with us.

This is the sketch and you can find the svg file here. You can play with any image and this sketch and if you use a SKdigis image you can link it in the Linking party. There are many ways to win wonderful digis!
