I used the image with the bucket and colored it with Koh.i.noor aquarelable pencils. I cut with a circle die (Sizzix) and placed on a blue cardstock mat.
I used some blue cardstock and with Swirls emboosing folder (Tim Holtz - Sizzix) I made the background, I also used some Shell dp (Folia) and some cream cardstock.
As embelllishment I used blue and yellow rhinestones to decorate the layout.
