This is a card I made for my friend's daughter birthday (which is tomorrow!) As you can see, her favorite color is purple (LOL!)...
I used an image by Make it Crafty, it was a freebie a while ago. I colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils. I cut it out (...what a job!) and placed it on a double mat cut with oval die cuts (Sizzix).
I used lilac and purple cardstock. I used a "flower" embossing folder (Sizzix) for the background. The sentiment is by Create with TLC.
I used gingham ribbon, purple baker's twine and made a bow; I used a daisy punch and made a few flower and rhinestones to finish them and for the left corner.
I would like to enter this card in the following challenges:
Cards und more: sketch (twisted)
The ribbon girl: use a die cut
Creative card crew: punches and dies
Tuesday Throwndawn: embossing
Crafting desert divas: ribbon or twine (both)
EDITED: this card was featured on Create with TLC.
This is so pretty. Purple is my favorite color so this is wonderful! Thank you so much for joining us at Craftin Desert Divas “Ribbon or Twine “ Linky Party.
