This is an image from Nana Vic and I think it's very sweet and very fun to color...
I colored it with acuarelable pencils and used a blue plus star dp from Folia as mat.
As background I used a silver cardstock from Printer Soyuz. As embellishments I used blue ribbon and made a couple of knots and a few silver stars.
