Critters of the sea at Gingerloft

Hello there and happy Sunday!
This last weeks have been so busy that I feel I wasn't at all here... Thankfully, June will be less busy or at least this is my hope.
I would like to show you the card I made for this forthnight challenge at Gingerloft.  Our challenge this time is CRITTERS OF THE SEA.

I used Tropical dolphin and colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils. I cut the corners with a punch and placed it on a dark sky blue mat and made the same with the corners. I also made some faux stitches with a blue glitter pen.

I used Shells dp (Folia) and sky blue cardstock plus a swirl embossing folder (Tim Holtz - Sizzix). The sentiment is by Create with TLC and the mat is the same I used for the dolphin image.

As embellishments I used a white recycled cord and made a knot (this was a cord from the old broken blind). I punched out three dolphins on a pastel blue cardstock.

Digi Makeover - Anything goes

Hello and happy Monday!
Today I want to show you a card I made. I needed a masculine Thank You card:

This week our challenge at Digi Makeover is ANYTHING GOES!!!!!!! Favorite one for many crafters. You only need to use a digi and you can win beautiful digi stamps. I also used one of the sentiment from that set.

I used Caffeine Trip and colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils. I used a brown cardstock mat.

I used Coffee dp (Folia) and some brown cardstock.

As embellishment I used some jute thread, some brown gross ribbon (Crafty Ribbons) and voila, my card is ready!

Friendship at Digi Makeover

Hello and happy Monday!
Here, the week started with cloudy sky and rain :(   I hope we have good weather the rest of the week!
I just heard in the news that Chile had a strong earthquake, so to my chilean friends, a big hug and my prayers with you...
I would like to show you the card I made for this week challenge at Digi Makeover.

Our challenge is FRIENDSHIP, and you only need to use a digi and follow the theme of this week to be able to win some fab digistamps.

I used Hugging fairies and colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils. I distressed the borders with a skyblue inkpad. I used extrafine glitter for the wings.

I used lilac/purple cardstock and a Swirls (Sizzix -Tim Holtz) embossing folder as background and Alt lilac Heart dp.

As embellishment I used lilac rhinestones and a lilac paper flower with a lilac rhinestone in the center.

Happy Birthday at Gingerloft

Hello and happy Sunday!
I am quite busy these days and don´t have to much time to blog around... I hope to be less busy in June!
Going to what is important here... I want to show you this card I made for Gingerloft challenge.
Our theme is HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

I used Butterfly dog and colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils. I placed it on a green cardstock mat.

I used Alt glittered dp (Butterflies and flowers) and more green cardstock to mat everything.

To embellish it, I used a ribbon with green flowers and also made a bow, I punched a couple of butterflies and put them one orange rhinestone each and used some foami tape to fix it on the card, I used green rhinestones for the main image and the sentiment.

Sorry for the pics, but today is cloudy, rainy and don´t have good light to make them :(

Rose Blessings

Hello!
How are you doing? I hope you are doing well... I am ok, but I would like to have vacations, hehehe....!!!!!!
I would like to show you a new card I made for Imagine That freebie challenge.

The image is called Rose Blessings and it's gorgeous!!! I colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils. I cut it with Labels 1 Spellbinders and made the same with the dark red cardstock mat (it looks darker that the reality in the picture...)

I used some pastel yellow cardstock and a swiss dot embossing folder for the background and some dp from Rosie's Studio. I tried to color the image in the same colors, this time I chose the papers before colloring!!!

The only embellishment I used were some pearls in two different sizes. I do like how my card looks, do you?

Great Outdoors at Digi Makeover

Hello and happy Monday!
I would like to show you the card I made for this week's challenge at Digi Makeover.

Our challenge this week is GREAT OUTDOORS, whatever you find outside, in your garden, in the park, just outside. Remember to use a digistamp and follow the theme and you can win cute digistamps...

I used Danni's Flutterbies and colored them with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils. I cut them out and placed it on a double mat white and pink cardstocks that I cut with oval scalloped Sizzix diecuts.

I used Rosie's studio dp and pink cardstock (it looks orangish but it's pink...) I used an embossing folder (Flowers) for the cardstock background.

I used a white gross ribbon and I made a flower with diecuts and a white rhinestone. And in a corner three rhinestones to complete the sketch.

I used rainbow paper (Folia) and black cardstock for the background.

Favorite color at Digi Makeover

Hello! ... and happy Monday!
I want to show you a card I made for this week's challenge at Digi Makeover:

Our challenge is FAVORITE COLOR. You only need to use a digi and follow the theme of this week and you can win beautiful digistamps and/or a spot as GDT.

I used Marissa and colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils and of course, I used my favorite color: BLUE in any shade... I placed it on a turquoise mat and used some fine glitter for the wings and turquoise rhinestones for the corners.

I used turquoise cardstock for the background, a musical paper sheet and some Alt plaid paper in turquoise. I used a corner punch for the upper corners.

I used a turquoise ribbon with white hearts and made a bow. I tried to sparkle the card with glitter and rhinestones as embellishments.

Lilac and lace at Gingerloft

Hello and happy Sunday!
I want to show you the card I made for this forthnight challenge at Gingerloft:

Our theme is LILAC AND LACE. Fun, isn't it?

I used Flowers in Pitcher and colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils. I placed it on a lilac mat.

I used two or three different lilac/purple cardstock and two embossing folders for the background. I also used some dp scraps I had.

I used lace and a ribbon with lilac flowers.

I made my own flowers using cardstock and a lilac rhinestone, with two different punches, some foami tape and a lot of love!
