Thanksgiving 4

Ok, here we go with the last card for today... this is the fourth CAS card I made for a friend who asked me to make some cards for Thanksgiving. (Scroll down to see the other three cards)

I used the freebie for this week from Bugaboo: Turkey with pumpkin. Isn´t he lovely hilarious???

I just loved this image when I saw it and thought to make a cute card with it. I colored it with acuarelable pencils and placed it on an orange mat.

I used some cream cardstock and used an embossing folder, I also used some Printer Soyuz dp and more orange cardstock and I used a fiskar scallop scissor to make one of the edges.

My friend loved this card and told me it was very cute, so I feel happy she liked it! Hope you like it too :)

Hi! It´s me again... as I told you before,  I made four very simple Thanksgivings cards for a friend and this one is the third one (scroll down and up to see the rest):

I used a freebie from Dearie Dolls (Mary Ellen has hundreds of cute images!!!) I colored it with acuarelable pencils and cut it up and to placed it on the card I used some foami tape (I love how it looks!).

I used Printer Soyuz dp. As embellishment I used a pumpkin ribbon that I have for more than two years now and don´t use very often... well, I used it only once before today :)

I tried to make the sketch from Raise the bar, but I twisted a little bit... I didn´t put the embellishment and I put a sentiment (from D2D), hope still fits the challenge :)

Hope you like this card :)

I used a freebie from Dearie Dolls (Mary Ellen has hundreds of cute images!!!) I colored it with acuarelable pencils and placed on a sky blue mat.

I used Printer Soyuz dp, skyblue cardstock.

As embellishment I used some scrap papers that I put aside to use and never comes the time to use... and a  leave punch that I don´t use to much and made two bunches of auttumn leaves...  I think it´s perfect for fall cards and I love how the leaves look in the corners of the images.

Digi Makeover #57 - Think Pink

Happy Monday everybody!!!!
How was your weekend? have you made any card for World Card Making Day? I did! (you can scroll down and see my three cards for the ocasion)
OK, today we have a new challenge at Digi Makeover Challenge blog: Think Pink! as October is Brest Cancer Awareness Month. Please, check them and be safe!!!

Today I made a card a little different for me, I didn´t use an image, only a sentiment: Courage is not. But I love this one!!!!!!! I distressed the edges with a pink ink pad and placed it on a pink mat.

I used papers I've got as a gift from a friend. These papers are chinese, I don´t know if they are for origami or cardmaking but they are so delicate and beautiful... I thought they are perfect for this card. {Don´t ask me the name, I don´t know Chinese :)} I also used some pink cardstock, I bought it in Argentina, but don´t remember the brand, (maybe Canson).

As embellishments I used three pink ringstone flowers. Then I made a bow with some pink ribbon and a sparkle heart.

Hope you like my card and play with us this week at Digi Makeover Challenge blog. See you there :)

Sweet little monster :)

Hello!
I hope you are having a wonderful weekend, for me, this one was very productive as I made four cards (yes, four!!!) I made this card just because it was the weekend for Wold Cardmaking.

I have printed this Digi Garden cutie (it was a freebie at their FB page) a few days ago and colored it with  Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils. And as I colored it before chosing the papers it took me ages to select the papers for my card :(... I don´t learn that is better to chose the papers before coloring....... I distressed the edges with a turquoise ink pad and placed it on a turquoise mat.

I used paper from three different companies, maybe more, Paper Soyuz, Nikki Estes, Folia and don´t know what else, besides the cardstok, two different tones of turquoise (can you notice it?)

The only embellishment is a big turquoise button with some green embroidery thread. Hope you like the result as I did. And come back tomorrow to see the last card I made during the weekend :)

The image is Nellie (Forgotten Scraps) freebie a few days ago. I colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencisl and placed it on a purple mat.

I used purple cardstock and DCWV dp. The only embellishment I used is a ribbon with baby designs on it.

I hope you like my card :)
(I was trying to upload a pic with a close up of Nellie, but blogger keeps uploading it upside down !)

The sketch of this card is from Latina Crafter, today they had three sketches to play with and I used #2 for this card.

World Card Making Day 1

Hello everybody and happy Card Making day!!!!!!!

It was so hard to find the time today.... but I couldn´t go to sleep without making at least one card, this is the first one....

The image is from Pixie Dust Studio and I think is really cute (it was a freebie in FB fan group few weeks ago)... I colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils and placed on a blue-green mat.

I used cardstock, (the aqua one is Paper Temptress) and scraps dp from a card I made three weeks ago for Jen´s blog hop, but I love that paper and think for a relaxing image goes really well.

The only embellishment I used it was some green ringstones. But I see my card a little bit naked... I don´t know if it needs a sentiment or flowers... something else... anyways, maybe later I will transform it a little bit :)

The sketch of this card is from Latina Crafter, today they had three sketches to play with and I used #3 for this card.

I am entering this card also to
