Classic Christmas colors

Hello everybody!
I want to show you a new card I made for Christmas using traditional green and red colors.

I don't remember where I've got the image (I think it's a Cuddly Buddly freebie from long ago), I colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils. I cut it with a Sizzix oval die and with a bigger one I cut the green mat. The patterned paper is from a Russian pack (don't remember the brand). To embellish the card I used a red Christmas ribbon and some glitter for the image.

Gingermen card

Hello friends!
I made my first Christmas card and here it is! It is a very CAS one :)

The ginger-man image is a freebie at Beccy's, I printed and colored it a couple of years ago, when I still didn't have markers.... I cut out each of them and used some foamy tape to place it on the red gingham mat. To embellish the card I used a green Christmas ribbon and added some glitter.

Hope you like it!

Girl with flowers

Hello!
Trying to come back to card-making with some rhythm... to tell you the truth it is not easy, I feel that I forgot how to make things (like little bows), how to combine papers or to do a card without sketch, hahaha...
This is a new card I made. I hope you like it.

The image is by Bugaboo. I colored it with Copic and Kuretake markers, the faux stitches are done with Triplus fineliner Staedtler marker. The dp is a Russian one (don't remember the brand), and some green cardstock. I made the flowers with two punches and some foamy tape  and used small rhinestones for the centers.

Birthday Penguin

Hello!
After more than 2 years after my last post, I am back with a very simple card. I feel rusty after so much time that I didn't make any card, I was coloring though, but not too often either... life is complicated sometimes!!!!
Anyways, here is my card, hope you like it.

The image is by 2CuteInk, and was colored with Kuretake markers, (the coloring was done by my daughter), and I made the rest.  I cut with a Sizzix circle die and the same for the green cardstock mat. I used a Happy Birthday embossing for the background, a little bit of a very old dp, some green ribbon to embellish it and that's it!

Butterfly

Hello!
I would like to show you a new card I made:

The image is a Cre8tive Hands one and I colored it with alcohol based markers. I cut it out. I used blue, purple and pink colors.

For the background I used two different DPs. To embellish it I used three rhinestones in a purple-pink tone.

A friend's daughter had her 18 birthday and I adapted this card for her cutting out the numbers and glued them with foam tape, I think it looks good.

Happy bunny birthday

Hello!
This is a new card I made:

The image is a Cre8tive Hands and I colored it with alcohol based markers. I cut it with Flower die (nestabilities) and used the same shape for the red cardstock mat.

I used yellow cardstock and Happy Birthday embossing folder (cuttlebug) for the background.

To embellish it I made pennants with a gingham blue paper (Folia) and used some blue embrodering thread to hang them.

I hope you like this card!

Graduation card

Hello!
My friend's daughter graduated last week and we were invited to the party after the graduation ceremony at school. I made this card for her important evening:

The image is Graduate Ava by Bugaboo stamps and Vicky, my daughter colored it with alcohol based markers. The idea was that she will do a card but then she felt tired, so I used the already colored image to do it.

For the background I used black cardstock and a Sizzix embossing folder (don't remember the name). I made a whole with an oval die (Sizzix) and placed the image with foam tape.

To embellish it I used a golden trim, made three rows and bind them with a knot of the same trim.

Can't get better than this

Hello and happy Thursday!
It was supposed to announce a new challenge today, but sadly, Michelle (Cre8tive Hands Friends owner) decided to close the challenge blog and her awesome shop (hopefully just for a while). From now on, you will be able to find all her cute designs FOR FREE at Cre8tive Hands blog (there is  an awesome Star Wars collection at this moment... and many more!).
I want to thank Michelle for the time in her DT, for her generous heart and fun time at the challenge blog, facebook group and everything that happen during the last 6 months at Cre8tive Hands.
Anyways, this is the card I made for this week and I wanted to show you:

I colored the fun image with alcohol based markers and placed it on a kraft cardstock mat. I did the same with the sentiment.

For the background I used Folia designed paper "sea shells" and also placed it on a kraft cardstock mat.

To embellish it I used a palm tree charm attached with Cappuccino baker's twine (the twinery).

I hope you like this!!!!

Hello!
I would like to show you a new card:

The image is by Imagine That and I colored it with alcohol based markers. (To myself: I need ot learn how to color balloons!!)

I used Folia paper as background. I used pink ribbon and a cute bow as embellishment. I guess my favorite size of bows are small, as I never do big ones.
