Forever in Love - Sushi Dolls - English version

Hello, dear friends!
This is my first post as DT for Sushi Dolls. (As I promised, although I am in the Spanish DT, I will write in English for my friends who don' t understand Cervantes' language...) (Para la versión en español ve AQUÍ)
I just came from the wedding!!! Both, the bride and the groom were so cute! They look at each other with the best smile, they were very happy  and we too....... I made this card for them...

I used the lovely image "Forever in love" and colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils and glued it to a pink cardstock mat. I used white glitter for the braid dress, blue glitter for the groom and pink glitter for the hearts. I used The Robin's Nest pink stickles for two corners.

For the background I used white cardstock and Hearts and Vines embossing folder (Quickutz). I also used two Folia dp and some origami paper and for all of them I used pink cardstock as mat.

The final touch were a couple of paper roses, one pink and one white, I made a swirl in the green part and put them together to complete the sketch.

I hope you like my card and please, if you do, leave a comment :)

Wedding bears

Good morning!
Today I want to show you a new card I just made. Remember a few ago I made another wedding card for a friend who is getting married?... OK, now another friend asked me to make a card for her for this common friend and this time, the card needs a gift pocket (for the blessings of the wedding, hahaha....)

I used this sweet Pollycraft image and colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils. I placed on a pink mat. (I colored the groom suit in grey and don´t know why it looks sky blue)

I used pink cardstocks, new Folia dp (I bought it a week ago and I am happy to use it for this card...).

As embellishments I used a hearty ribbon, a couple of paper roses and a couple of pink pearls.

This is the inside with the gift pocket:

I hope you like my card!

A white wedding card

One of my youngest friends is getting married soon and I want to prepare her card with time (I don´t want to rush one day before the wedding... as usual, hehehe!). I want a white on white card (except the image)... And I need to apologize for the bad pictures, I made them in the evening when the sun alredy went to sleep and to make photos of white things without natural light is a nightmare... so, please, try to understand (also my hubby is not here today to help me with the camera, he is much more better than me for the pics :))

EDITED: I made new photos this morning, they look a little bit better that the ones from last night, I only leave the first one as that is the one I linked up in the challenges, but I will remove the dark ones :)

I chose this "The greeting farm" image that I had for almost 6 month now and never use it before... I colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils. I don´t know why the cheeks look so red, they don´t look like that in reality... I used glitter on the bride's dress and think she looks gorgeous with it.

I dust it off my embossing plates (I don´t use them since last Christmas!) and use them on white cardstock to make the different layers of the sketch.

I want to do a very romantic card, so I used white lace and ribbon (I have this ribbon for two years now but this is the first time I opened and use it...).

And maybe you don´t believe this, but I don´t have any white flower (I have cream though) so, I used my daisy punch to make white daisies and embellished them with small white pearls (don´t they look nice?).

I really hope my friend and future husband will like this card :)... and you too!

EFG: Lace
Cards galore: white on white

"I do" card

This is a card I made to the request of a friend who's best friend is getting married soon. She wants a lot of sparkle and a very cute card... I hope she likes it when she gets it!

I used a Beccy's image that I love because it's so romantic... I colored it with acuarelable pencils and used glitter for the bride´s dress. I mounted it on a pink cardstock.

The picture doesn´t show to well but the white paper has a fine texture, very delicate. I also used pink cardstock.

As embellishments I used a lace, a pink ribbon, many pink flowers and pink gems. The wording are the names of the happy couple and the word Forever I printed using the font ALS script.

Challenges:
Sentimental Sundays: wedding or anniversary
Ladybug craft: marriage and love
Midnight Madness: sketch
Charisma cards: cutesy
Southern girls: inspired by a song (don´t know the title, but the one Meryl Strip sings to Pierce Brossnan in Mamma Mia "I do, I do, I do...")
Do You Stack up: inspired by a song (as many people told me the song is "I do, I do, I do..." - ABBA's)
Inky Inpresions: glitter it up!
The paper shelter: all in pink
The paper variety: family (marriage is the beggining of a family, right?)
Digital Tuesday: anything goes
Bunny Zoe crafts: lace it up

A wedding card

This coming Saturday we have to attend a wedding and I didn´t have a card yet!!! So today I made a card that we can handle them before or after the wedding...

Sometimes is really hard when you don´t know very well the people, we don´t know the colors they like nor the color theme of the wedding, so I decided to use white, blue and baby blue...

I colored this wonderful image made by Beccy (there is a lot of wonderful freebies at Beccy's place) with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils, then I added some very fine glitter to the bride's dress.

I used a methalized blue card, some white glitter paper and some methalizes (or pearlized) blue cardstock. I also added a bunch of baby blue roses and a white-gold ribbon.

Challenges:
Bee Crafty: Wedding wishes
Paper Creator's Craft: weddings
Paper minutes: sketch
Craft and me: ribbons
Paper pretties: no markers
Paper craft stars: anything goes
The paper shelter: anything goes
Anything goes: pick of the bunch (flowers)
