Merry Christmas!!!!!
I want to show you one more Christmas card:

The image is by Imagine that! and it's the freebie for this month challenge. I colored it with aquarelable pencils and placed it on a dark green cardstock mat. I used glitter to give some sparkles.

For the background I used light green cardstock and Diamon on diamond embossing folder. I also used some scraps of Christmas dp.

To embellish it I used a Christmas ribbon, made a bow and added a few red rhinestones.

Mice decorating

Hello and Merry Christmas to all!!!!!!!!
I hope you are having a wonderful Christmas celebration with the people you love and the ones that love you :)

I already gave my friend all the cards she asked me for, but still I didn´t post them to show you. (Whole story here.)

The cute image is by Mary Ellen at Deari Dolls. I colored it with aquarelable pencils and glittered it with glitter glue. I placed it on a light green mat. I tried to do something around the image that doesn´t look very nice in the pics... (oops!)

This card is very simple and I used a microcorrugated green cardstock as background and a Christmas ribbon and made a knot.

Candy canes

Hi, it´s me again...
Another Christmas card I made and want to show you :)

The image is by Beccy's and it's called Candy Canes. I colored it with Koh-i-noor aquarelable pencils . I cut it out and placed it on the mat. I used an oval die cut for the mat.

I used white cardstock and Sizzix argyle embossing folder. I also used some scraps of Folia paper and red cardstock.

I used to embellish it 3 green rhinestones and a Christmas ribbon.

Christmas Robin

Hello and happy Monday!
I am still working on my friend's cards for Christmas and new year (whole story here)...
I want to show you one more:

The beautiful image is by Beccy and is Baby Robin. I colored it with Koh.-i-noor aquarelable pencils. I cut it with a Spellbinders Labels2 die cut and made the same for the mat.

I used green glittered Alt dp for the background and a red/golden cardstock for the mat of the image.

The only embellishment is a Christmas ribbon.

For the birds

Hi again...
I keep working on my friend's cards (cards in a rush)... {whole story here}
This is one more card I made:

The image is December Stamp of the month at From the Heart Stamps and it´s called For the birds. I colored it with Koh-i-noor aquarelable pencils and used some glitter for the hat of the snowman. I cut it with a circle die cut and made the same for the blue mat.

I used blue and white cardstock. For the white I used Sizzix Snowflakes embossing folder and for the blue one Sizzix Dots embossing folder.

To embellish it I punched out a snowflake and a blue rhinestone, glued it with foam tape. I doodled some stitches with glitter pens (blue and silver).

I would like to show you what I made:

The cute Christmas tree is Jellypark freebie for the newletters' readers. I love it!!! I colored it with Koh-i-noor aquarelable pencils. I cut it with an oval die cut and made the same with the golden cardstock mat. I used some golden glitter for the lights bulbs.

I used Alt glittered green dp and golden paper.

I used a golden ribbon with stars and made a bow to embellish it.

Christmas tree - traditional colors

As I tell you yesterday, I am making cards for a friend and as they are last minute cards, I am rushing!!!
I would like to show you what I made:

Penguin in blue

Hello and happy Saturday!!! It's me again...
When I thought I finished with Christmas cards, one friend of mine asked me to do for her a few more Christmas cards.
The thing is, here where I live, just few people celebrate Christmas on the 25th of December, but New Year is a big celebration and they use the same symbols that we use for Christmas. And for some, Christmas is celebrated on the 7th of January. In the next days I 'll make some cards and show you... they will be simple and not to fancy as I have to rush (LOL).
This is the second one (you can see the first one here):

The image is SKdigis Penguin (freebie for November) and I colored it with Koh-i-noor aquarelable pencils. I placed it on a red mat. I used glitter for the top of the hat and the snow.

 I used light blue cardstock and Snowflakes Cuttlebug embossing folder for the background. I cut the corners with a round punch.

I used blue and red Christmas bakers twine (Doodlebug) to embellish it and also I punched a snowflake, a daisy (yes, it´s a flower) and a red rhinestone and built it with foam tape to give dimension to the snowlfake in the corner of the image.

Mince Pie

I used one of the freebies that Scrappers Delights is offering on its FB group, during these days, every day there is a new freebie. This one is the second day one and it´s called Mince Pie. I colored it with Koh.i.noor aquarelable pencils and used glitter on the top to make it very sparkling :) I cut it with a circle die cut and the same for the green mat.

I used some red/golden cardstock that is already embossed for the background.

I used a Christmas ribbon to embellish it.

Happy Holidays at QKR Stampede

Hello and happy Friday!!!
Today we have a new challenge at QKR Stampede: HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!! Todays is our last challenge of 2013 and we'll continue on the 6th next January 2014. I made this card, Christmas traditional colors and santa, Christmas tree, golden stars, everything Christmas!!!!!!

I used Christmas tree (digi 9407) and Christmas sentiment (digi 8717). I colored it with Koh.i.noor aquatrelable pencils and used some glitter for the light bulbs and the top star.

The dp is from my stash and the same for the red cardstock. I used Sizzix oval dies to cut the image and its mat.

To complete the sketch, I used some golden stars in different sizes and glue them with foam tape.

I used Folia paper, some blue cardstock, stickers, ribbon and some silver glittered stars. Faux stitches on the tags. The best of the pockets is that one of them can be used to hold a gift ($$$)...

Did you miss me? I am not feeling crafty at the moment and rarely can sit to craft, don´t ask me why, but is not the first time... maybe is because I worked a lot during November making Christmas cards and now that I am done don´t feel inspired for cardmaking. Anyways, let's go to what is important today.
Today we have a great challenge at QKR Stampede:

CHRISTMAS + 3 FAVORITE EMBELLISHMENTS

I used 4, though... ribbon, glitter, gems and punch.

I used Sledding Bear (digi 15906) and colored it with Koh.i.noor aquarelable pencils. I used glitter for the snow and red gems for the ornament in the tree, more glitter for the star and the bear's hat. I placed it on a skyblue/turquoise cardstock mat.

I  used doble sided Poligrafservis dp and skyblue/turquoise cardstock.

I embellished it with Christmas ribbon, a snowflake punch and one more red gem to complete the layout.
