Y uno de los requisitos es hacer un trabajo que se parezca al de Gaby, un "scraplift". Y cuando hoy fui a elegir uno para "copiar" con permiso, jejeje... elegí esta tarjeta que me encantó, porque me parece muy delicada y elegante.

Varias diferencias... mi punch de mariposa es más pequeño que el de Gaby, pero hice las dos capas, una con papel de color y la otra con vellum. Otra, los papeles son diferentes... La frase es diferente, la que usé yo es un freebie de Create with TLC ("elige orar en lugar de desesperar")

I love Jesus, my saviour! in first place
I love my family, my husband and daughter have won my heart :) (almost 18 year married)
I love my mom, my brother and his family, my in laws family (this is a huge ammount of people) and my relatives (another huge ammount of people)
I love my friends, they are the best in the world and I don´t trade them for anything, I can add more though!
I love life.
I love to craft.
I love to learn and love to teach.
I love chocolate, coffee, pizza and italian food in general, argentinian meat (the best in the whole world!).
I love flowers and sea shells, those beautiful things that make the life prettier!
... and many other things... but I think this is enough for now, right?

I'm back again... long time!!! I wasn´t so well, I have a couple of health problems and my intense rutine made me very tired the last few days... but today I shake out the laziness and propose myself to do at least one card... and as I don´t want to run only in November with Christmas cards, I made today my first Christmas card of 2012!!! (this is not something I have as a resolution, but a kind of...) and it´s an easel card!!!

The image is a new stamp by Milton & Co. that I've got when I won a challenge few weeks ago, but as the envelope didn´t have any name, nor address I don´t know who sent it, only I know it came from England :) I inked it for first time and stamped it with tuxedo black Memento Ink and colored it with acuarelable pencils. As a mat I used a red cardstock.

The background is white cardstock and I used my beloved sizzix (one of my favorite tools since I've got it!) with a "Vines" folder by QuicKutz. As embellishment I used a gorgeous red ribbon with a white stitch on the edges, three red gems (Hirschberg Schutz & Co.) And the sentiment is a freebie by Create with TLC (thank you, Paulette!)

EDITED: Is this a dog or a bear? For me, this is a dog, but in some comments I see that people see it as a bear... please, can you tell me what you see?

First time Guest Designer card

After a little break, I'm back... I was so busy last week. I am trying to get used to the new time shedule. While I was MIA I won a challenge and a candy (yeepee!!!!!!) Anyways...
A couple of weeks ago I won a guest designer spot at Lexi Creations blog challenge (yeah!)... I was invited to make a fancy fold card for this week challenge. I chose a "Joy Fold" card and you can find a tutorial here.

I used the image Ballerina trio by Lexi Creations. I colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils and layered the images using foami tape. I also used glitter glue and a purple cardstock as mat for the image.

I used a lavender double side DP from Denmark that my friend Maryann sent me a while ago and I thought it would be great for ballerinas... one of the sides for the left flap and the other side for the one where the image part is placed. I also used purple cardstock. As embellishments I used a lavender ribbon rose to secure the flap from opening and some small purple gems on two corners.

One more ballerina... a pink one

If you follow my blog you know I like ballerinas... a lot! So when I won a candy for $10 at The Greeting Farm, the first thing I looked for it was ballerinas... and I found this cute Ballet Anya.

I colored the image with acuarelable pencils and glued it to a pink mat. I made some faux stitches around the image with a pink fine marker.

I used Pingüino dp with stripes, dots all in pink and white. I also used white cardstock to make the left down corner. I also used a pink ribbon and hand stitched to make the pleated effect. I also used pink gems as embellishments.

Birthday butterfly girl

I made this card for a birthday... Isn´t it sweet the butterfly girl? I've just got her, it's a new digi I bought at Bugaboo stamps (I love the little girls they have)... I've got the sentiment at the blog hop last Saturday for Celeste's birthday, and this freebie was available at Yolie's blog.

I colored the image with acuarelable pencils. I cut it out and placed it on a white die cut (spellbinders- blossom) and then a pink one.

I used a striped green dp and a plaid pink dp, bot of them from Printer Soyuz (the paper I can get here...), and I embellish the card with three flowers with the same pink-green color combo and a dark pink gem on each of them.

Life is coming back to normal... I'm working again, my daughter is at school, the bad thing of it is less time to craft :) ... Anyways, this is a card I made today and I really like it....

The image is from A Day For Daisies and when I saw it I couldn't resist, I've got it! I colored it with acuarelable pencils and cut it out and placed on a purple die cut (spellbinders label 1).

As background I used a white cardstock and a sizzix folder from Tim Holz collection. Then I used a lilac scrap dp. I also used a lilac ribbon and two light purple ribbon roses as embellishments.

Sugar and love

OK, this is another card I made with a "The Pixie Cottage" new stamp... I like the sentiments that come with the image in this set, I chose one of them and I do like how it looks on the card.

I colored the image with acuarelable pencils, cut with a Sizzix oval die, distressed the edges with a dark pink ink pad and with a bigger die I cut the pink mat for it.

I used a yellow natural paper (it looks darker in the picture, don´t know why) and some scraps from a DCWV dp and with pink cardstock I made the mat for all the pieces.

For the sentiment I made a bow with a pink hearted ribbon and with a heart button and a pink embroidery thread I attached the sentiment to the bow and think it looks pretty cute...

When I saw the sketch challenge I thought I would make a great card, but don´t know why I don´t like how it turned out... I think I need to add something like bling or flowers... For now, this is my card, but maybe later it will change a little bit :)

Purple bear hug

Today is my last day of vacations..... :( Tomorrow I start to work again for the second semester and to tell you the truth I would like the vacations would last one more week... It's so cold outside, I don´t want to go anywhere!!! Meanwhile, I keep inking my new stamps :)

This is a very CAS card I made using bear hug from The Pixie Cottage (this is another stamp I won in a candy... psss...... there is a new candy going on, look for it on my sidebar - more stamps!!!) I colored it with acuarelable pencils. I distressed the edges with a purple ink pad.

I used a cuttlebug folder to make the background on a purple cardstock. As embellishments, I used a white ribbon with lilac dots and three purple buttons with a embroidery thread to make a knot on each of them... simple, isn't it?

Although I didn´t make any crafty resolution, this week I'm using all my new stuff. In this card, the stamp is the new thing I'm using, I inked it up for first time on Sunday evening and later in the week I colored it.

This is a rubber stamp by Mo Manning, I used the complete set, image and sentiment. I colored it with acuarelable pencils and distressed the edges with a dark red ink pad.

I used red cardstock and a cuttlebug folder (flourish fantasy, I think...) for the background. I used a cream ribbon with hearts and made a bow. Then I used red gems for the corners of the image. It´s a very simple card, and I like it!!! :)

As I told you early this week, I start to use my new stamps... and one of them is this Tilda with basket of flowers.

I colored it with acuarelable pencils and cut out and used a die cut for the mat (label 1 nestabilities).

Then I used some scraps of DPs from my stash (one of them a glittered one). I also used a pink ribbon with hearts and made a bow, some pink bling (hearts and small gems).

I used a ribbon rose and glued it to the flower in Tilda's hand.

New Baby

My second card for 2012... Although I didn´t make any crafty resolution, I'm happy to use my stash that I wasn't using until the begining of this year... Last Sunday I brought out of the boxes some new stamps that I have never inked up and later I colored. So this is my card for today.

I used a new stamp (I luv my blankie) I've got as a candy at The Pixie Cottage (with two more...) and think this is a sweet bear for a new born. I colored it with acurelable pencils and cut it out, place it on the circle heart-ed mat.

I used yellow-orangish dp, a striped one and a heart-ed one plus yellow cardstock. I also used yellow ribbon and a yellow heart button.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After a little break, finally today I made my first card of the year.

This is a new stamp I've got recently, I inked it on Sunday!!! :) I colored it with acuarelable pencils and cut it out to place it on a kraft paper mat with foami tape. (I won a gift certificate at Jacque's blog and I bought two stamps, thsi is the first and soon you'll see the second one)

I'm using various of my dps from my stash and kraft paper combining yellow and sky blue. For the mat of the image I used a nestabilitie die cut called blossom. As embellishments I used two different ribbons and with one of them made a bow, I used three yellow flowers and three blue gems (bling).

Debbi has invited us again to show our favorite five of 2011. It was hard also for Debbi to pick up only 5 so, I'll show you also 10... this one was a very productive year, I made more than 150 cards in total!!!

I'll show you 10 cards but maybe they aren´t in a specific order, they are my 10 favorite ones.

I like this one because is different to my CAS style and it was made for my daughter 5th birthday with this gorgeous image from Silvia Zet.

I like the mix and match in this one, the colouring and in general how the card looks.

I like this monochromatic one and love Mo Manning's image... I had a lot of fun doing this doll.

I like the layout of this one and the image as well... it was for my niece's 16th birthday and this Tickle Pink Lolita looks just like Paula.

I like this color combo and the embellishments I used...

This one is so delicate... I love the image too!

I love cards with flowers' images and this one is lovely... I like to play monochrome and blue is one of my favorite colors :)

I don´t use very often black and white combo, but this card with the splash of color from the flowers I think is a great one...

My Favourite Five Christmas Cards of 2011

So here I have my favorite 5 Christmas card of 2011, I'm not sure if I don´t change my mind later... but at this moment these ones are:

#1 I like the LO of this one and how the wreath looks and like the jingles as embellishments.

#2 I like Nativity images (this is a Bugaboo one) and I like how this non traditional Christmas colors card looked.

#3 Another with a nativity image (Precious Moments coloring page) and I like the CAS style with the blue bling.

#4 One more nativity image and another CAS one... (this one from Stretch 'n Bubbles). Specially I like how the golden ribbon, twine and jingles look all together.

#5 And I like this snow bear (from Designed 2 Delight) in a monochromatic theme, I like the embossing and how the card looks in general.

Nativity card

If there is an image I like those are nativity scenes because they remind us the true meaning of Christmas.

This one is from Stretch 'n Bubbles. I colored it with acuarelable pencils and added a little bit of glitter on the star. I cut out the image. The sentiment was a freebie at Meljen's blog and I colored it and used some glitter too.

I only used a blue dp with stars. This is the perfect background for the star and the scene itself. I used a golden ribbon and made a knot to tide up a couple of jingles and also I used a gloden thread (it looks like twine) to make a bow for the jingles.

Snowman with birds

As I promised yesterday, today I'm uploading two more cards...
One more card, one more snowman... they are so cool!!!!! I like to make cards with snowmen :)

This one is "Feed the birds" from Stretch 'n Bubbles (the store is closing on the 31st, so be fast if you want to buy digis... they have a great promo right now). I colored it with acuarelable pencils and added glitter in the snow part and some bling on the buttons.

I used only white cardstock and used two different embossing folders. Then I used a white ribbon (Home Sweet Home), a silver snowflake and more bling for the snow. I like how all the colors look on the white background.

This is another Christmas card (one of the last ones for this year...). I wanted to make an elegant card, don´t know if I achieved it (I don´t feel very happy about this card).

The image I've got it as freebie from Gina K designs blog a few weeks ago. I colored it with acuarelable pencils. I used blue and pink as I wanted to use non traditional colors. I also added some extrafine glitter to the ornament to make it a little bit sparkle.

I didn´t use any dp, only white cardstock and my embossing machine (I am loving it!!!) with a Sizzix folder - Tim Holtz Alterations (Royal Florished or somthing like this) ...very pretty!!!!!! I also used an organza ribbon and three gems.

I made two more cards but I need to sleep, then I'll post them tomorrow, Lord willing...

Winter boy

As I told you in my previous post, I am inspired for today's weather (-20°C!!!! brrrrrrrrrr..................) And I need a break from Christmas card, so today I am doing winter cards :)

The image is "Winter blues" from Digi my World and I colored it with acuarelable pencils.As a mat I used a white circle that I distressed the border with a turquoise-blue ink pad. Today I am really inspired for the weather, at this moment here is -20°C!!!!!!!! It was snowing the last two days and the temperature droped more than 15 degrees (on Sat. it was only -5°C) and I need a break from doing Christmas card (although I still need to do a few)

I used this beautiful girl from Digi my World, "Winter kids 2", and colored it with acuarelable pencils. I used a white oval embossed with "star, circles and dots" folder and another turquoise oval as mat. This girl reminds me of my daughter as her snowsuite is turquoise and her skates are white, her long hair and the pink cheeks.

I used Printer Soyuz striped dp in turquoise and purpleish tones I have for long time. I used purple ribbon, kind of purple snowflakes and bling in the same tone. (I think this colors are cold as today weather), but you may know that pictures don´t show very well purples :(

I used this cute snowman and colored it with acuarelable pencils, then I cut with a round die and glue it on a bigger red cardstock circle.

I used blue cardstock and an embossing folder to make the background. I used some little bling to make the snow brighter.

I also used a red Christmas ribbon.

This is my entry for the 6th day of Christmas at Catch the bug challenge, today the challenge is "humor".

I love "Rubi Christmas tree", it's hilarious for me... why? you ask... well I have a friend that looks just like it, she loves Christmas and since 1st of december she wears and think only Christmas... I colored it with acuarelable pencils and cut out to glue it to a white oval cardstock that has as a mat a green oval cardstock.

I used as background a dark red cardstock with some fibers (don´t know if the pic is good enough to show them).

Then, I used three different white Christmas ribbons and gold metallic stars in two different sizes.

This is my card for the 12 days of Christmas challenge at Catch the Bug - Day 12th: inspired for a song. For me, it is "Jingle bells"

I used this Bugaboo stamp image and colored it with acuarelable pencils. then I cut with a oval shape die cut and made the same for the red cardstock mat.

I used musical paper (don´t know how to call it!) and three different red Christmas ribbons.

With punch I made three poinsettia flowers with red and green cardstock and small yellow gems as center. I used foami tape to build them.

I also used two gold metallic bells and red gems.

This is a card for the 9th day at Catch the bug challenge #12 days of Christmas: femenine project

The image is a Bugaboo stamp (stocking bear?). I colored it with acuarelable pencils and used some glitter in some parts. I cut out the image and mounted it on a white embossed flower (blossom die cut - flourished embossing folder)

I used pink and silver with glitter dp, pink and white cardstock, embossing folders (Cuttlebug - flourished). I also used a pink ribbon and made a bow. Very simple... I think is great for a first Christmas, don't you think the same?

I need to hurry up to finish all the cards, I made already 7 but I need to do 5 more to make one project for every day... Hope to finish on time, but life is quite complicated and specially now with all the celebrations and so on... I'll try!

This is my card for the 11th day of Christmas at Catch the bug. The challenge is to use plaid. And I love plaid!

I used the image Snowman with Skates and colored it with acuarelable pencils. I cut with a label 2 nestabilities and distressed the edges with a blue inkpad.

I used Printer Soyuz dps in red and blue and blue cardstock. I also used a red Christmas snowflakes ribbon and made a knot and a blue metallic snowflake.

This is my card for the challenge at Catch the bug, 12 days of Christmas. Day fourth: to use a bird. (Sorry for the pictures are not good, they were made with my cellphone, still don´t have my camera with me)

The image is a Bugaboo stamp (Poppy Xmas snowball) and I colored it with acuarelable pencils and used some glitter glue, white on the hat and sky blue on the snow and snowballs (as the pics are not good enough it's almost impossible to notice the glitter :( ). I mounted it on a blue cardstock.

I used white cardstock and an embossing folder called "star, circles and dots", and a blue sky dp and used a fiskar folder and the fiskar tool for embossing "snowflakes".

I also used a blue sky ribbon with white polka dots and metallic blue snowflakes. The sentiment was a freebie at Michelle Perkett blog a few days ago and I mounted it on blue cardstock.

I love polar bears, they look so cute with their white coat!!! (I know they are dangerous too...) But the paper ones are the best :) This is my entry for today's challenge: use gold.

The image is a Bugaboo stamp "Polar bear". I colored it with acuarelable pencils, cut it out and I mounted it on a red circle.

I used a white embossed cardstock (the folder is called "stars, circles and dots", but as I don´t have a snowflakes one I used it as snow, I think it works very well). The red circle is also done with the same embossing folder. I added some bling to the background to add sparkle and make it look more as snow. I used a wired organza ribbon that is white and the edges and snowflakes are gold.

This is my third project for 12 days of Christmas at Bugaboo stamps. The challenge is to use any animal. So, I made a tag and I like it! (Sorry for the pics, they are made with a cellphone, don´t have the camera these days.)

The image is Bear Tag and I colored it with acuarelable pencils, added some glitter on the hat.

I used red cardstock to make the tag and added red, green and white ribbons. I also used a punch and added some glitter to simulate a snowflake (I need to buy a snowflake punch, this is a daisy, but it worked somehow) and tape it with foami tape.

OK, this is a second card I made for the 12 days of Christmas at Catch the bug. The theme is LOVE, so I made this one for a loved one. (Sorry that the pics are made witha cellphone, I still don´t have the camera with me)

The image is a Bugaboo stamp "Deacon candy cane" (I think) and I colored it with acuarelable pencils. to make the lights I used white acrylic paint with a liner brush and I think makes a good effect. I added some white glitter to the hat. I used some foami tape to tape it to the card.

I used two different green cardstock with the same embossing folder (one with hearts). The sentiment is a freebie from Crafting Cottage. I also used some red Christmas ribbon and made something I saw in other blogs which I liked it a lot but never tried before, I don´t know how it´s named but is like stitched or wrinkled ribbon. Between the two green papers I used a strip of white cardstock and made some faux stitches.

I like snowmen, they are so cool! And although they are not a Christmas thing, just because of the weather they help us think about Christmas. This is another card I made.

The image is a freebie I've got at Cuddly Buddly. I colored it with acuarelable pencils and cut the image with a nestabilitie die (label two).

I used only white cardstock and embossed it. In some of the center of the snowflakes and circles I use some blue bling to decorate it. I also used a blue ribbon and made a double bow ( I like how it looks). And that´s it! Simple card but it looks so cute...

This cutie is a Ellephantastic one. I colored it with acuarelable pencils and used glitter glue on the white parts of the custome. I mounted it on a red plaid oval.

Love this little one, a freebie you can find at Cuddly Buddly shop. I colored with acuarelable pencils and used some glitter glue to make the lamps. I mounted it on a white cardstock (Die: label 1 - nestabilities)

I only used white cardstock, I embossed the background one. I also used a white ribbon with golden border, I used bling in the same colors of the lamps and with a golden thread I add a jingle bell on the knot.

I tried to do this card a couple of weeks ago, as this was one of the freebies offered at Outlawz freebie creative challenge, but didn´t have the time to finish it. (Warning: pics are not good as they were made with a cellphone as I don´t have my camera... sorry!)

I colored the image with acuarelable pencils, then I mounted it on a green circle. I also used some glitter glue (the pic doesn't show the sparkle)

It´s cold outside!

Finally I've got time to write a blog... I am so busy almost not time to craft... but I was trying my new Sizzix Big Shot (Yeah... I've got it!!!!) although I don´t have to many embossing plates or die cuts I was trying what I have, and LOVE IT!!!!!!!! It's so fun....

Ok, this is the first card I made using some of my new goodies...

The image is a Bugaboo Stamp freebie I've got a couple of weeks ago called Little Penguin winter (or something like it, sorry I don´t remeber very well) I colored with acuarelable pencils, then I cut with a nestabilities die cut and distressed the borders with a blue inkpad. I feel inspired by the snow... still we can´t build a snowman but everything looks white and it´s pretty cold outside!

I don´t have a snow embossing folder but this one looks like snow and thought it´s great for this little fellow.

I also used three blue metallic snowflakes with a blue gem on the center and a blue ribbon and made a bow. I'm so sorry for the pics, I made them with my cellphone as I don´t have my camera with me :(

There is a new challenge at the Outlauz: Creative Freebie Challenge. Sandi Huggett and Anne Fenton started this new challenge and gave us two free images each of them to start to play (4 in total) and I can tell you, all of them are wonderful!!!

This is my very first one, a Christmas wreath by Anne Fenton. I colored it with acuarelable pencils and cut it to the edge. I love that little bird there!!!

I used green and red cardstock and a dp with Christmas roses and motives in white and red. I also used a very pretty red ribbon and attached three golden jingle bells.

This is the last card I made for this round at CDAC progressive challenge. It's a male Birthday card...

The image is an Ellephantastic one. I colored it with acuarelable pencils and cut the silluette to use it on the card.

I used dp from Folia, kraft paper and some cardstock. I mounted the image with foami tape and did the same for the sentiment and the punched bears I used as embellishments. The sentiment is from Create with TLC.

Another card for CDAC progressive challenge, this is my 4th card this time!!!
This sweet ellephant is doing the Christmas shoping... but love is the most important thing, so , how can we wrap a hug???

The image is Inked Treasures. I colored it with acuarelable pencils and cut following the silluete of her.

I used blue cardstock and Muresco designed cardstock. I also used a pink ribbon and made a couple of knots and three pink gems (I need to balance the card because of the snetiment!). The sentiment is from Create with TLC.

"I do" card

This is a card I made to the request of a friend who's best friend is getting married soon. She wants a lot of sparkle and a very cute card... I hope she likes it when she gets it!

I used a Beccy's image that I love because it's so romantic... I colored it with acuarelable pencils and used glitter for the bride´s dress. I mounted it on a pink cardstock.

The picture doesn´t show to well but the white paper has a fine texture, very delicate. I also used pink cardstock.

As embellishments I used a lace, a pink ribbon, many pink flowers and pink gems. The wording are the names of the happy couple and the word Forever I printed using the font ALS script.

One more Christmas card

One friend ask me to make a couple of Christmas card for her, and I didn´t have to much time, so I used some images I already have colored and made a quick card for her. This is the first one.

I used a Precious Moment coloring page (I found it - and many others - while browsing the web a couple of months ago) and colored it with acuarelable pencils.

I only used one plaid blueish dp from Printer Soyuz with golden stars and blue cardstock. As embellishment I only used a few blue gems. Very simple and fast, right?

A quick Christmas card

CDAC Progressive Challenge #6 - Christmas bear

This is another card I made for the challenge at CDAC, this is round 6th and I hope to win the markers!!! :) I chose a monochromatic theme (blue) for this male card.

I colored it with acuarelable pencils and used some bling for the snow and I made some faux stitches on the edges of the image, then I mounted on a blue cardstock.

As background I used a Fiskar's embossing plate (snowflakes) on a blue cardstock {I don´t see the moment I get the Big Shot I bought few weeks ago, it´s almost here!!!}. Then I used a Printer Soyuz dp (blue + silver).

As embellishment I used a ribbon and made a double bow and put a button on top.

CDAC Progressive Challenge #6 - Candles

This is the 6th round for the Progressive Challenge at CDAC. This is a card I made with the Candles from Daisy Doodles. This is a very traditional color Chistmas card.

I colored the image with acuarelable pencils, just a little bit because I want to let the candles white and I used some golden glitter for them.

I used red cardstock and two different plaid green-golden dp from Printer Soyuz. I also used some red cord to tie some jingle bells and then I used a Christmas ribbon for the corners with a green bling on each one.

This is my entry for this week's challenge at Designed to Delight. This is a pregressive challenge, every first Friday of the month there is a freebie for us to grab and play with it, if you link it to the challenge blog on time, next Friday you receive a new image in your email inbox.

This week's image is Lovely tree. I colored it with acuarelable pencils and with a needle pierced all the edges. I was lazy to take my sewing machine out :o ... anyways, I like how it looks. I mounted in a dark pink cardstock.

I used kraft paper, two different green cardstock, one of them with embossed polka dots. On the kraft paper I made some doodles to match a little bit the paper piecing. I also used some gems with heart shape.

Sweet Treats Mouse - Cakes makes everything better

This is another card I made using a Beary Wishes image (another freebie)... this ones is a very sweet one!!!!!!

I colored the image with Koh-i.-noor acuarelable pencils and cut on the edge and mounted with foami tape on a pink cardstock mat that I cut with a Fiskar scallop scissors.

I used Printer Soyuz dp from my stash and dark pink cardstock. As embellishments I used some gross ribbon with small green flowers, a pink paper flower with a green button and a bow made with pink embroidery thread. The fun sentiment is from Create with TLC (Have you visit this wonderful site?) and I mounted it with foami tape too.

When I saw this Beary Wishes image (a freebie, by the way!) I thought it was beautiful and thought to use it very soon!!!

I printed and colored with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils a while ago, but don´t know why left it aside and didn´t make anything with it... until today!

Today I made this card using some Printer Soyuz papers from my stash and purple cardstock. As embellishment I used a purple ribbonwith hearts and some yellow gems.

This is another card for the progresive challenge at CDAC, round 5, and it´s a Digidrawn image, I colored it with acuarelable pencils and mounted on a light brown cardstock and mounted this one in a golden cardstock.

I used different dps from my stash and a golden cardstock.

The image is from Just Some Lines and I colored it with acuarelable pencils and put some extrafine glitter on the wings. As mat of it I used some blue (or turquoise) cardstock.

Another round at CDAC progresive challenge... number 5! I colored many of the new images and during the week I'll be making some cards and uploading them... This is my first card for this round.

The image is Girl with gingerboys, it's from SSBS Design, I colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils and used some extrafine glitter to make some details and thinks it looks cute :) I also sponge the edge with red ink and made some faux stitches with a red fine marker.

I used some light brown cardstock as background and red cardstock as mat for the image. I also used a red Christmas ribbon , made a bow and three red small gems.

When I saw the challenge for this week at TouchTwin challenge blog I printed out many flowers and finally I chose the gerberas from Beccy's Place blog to make a card for the challenge.

I colored the gerberas in three different colors with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils. I mounted them on green cardstock with foami tape to give some dimension.

I used the sketch from My time made easy (Sketch 32). I used dp from Folia and green cardstock. As embellishment I used a green gingham ribbon and made a bow and three cold porcelain ladybugs. I also made some faux stitches with a green fine marker.

Steampunk Amelia

I'm still celebrating with Sassy Studio Design... they have reached 500 member in their group at PCP and this week there is a progresive challenge. A couple of days ago started with another Steampunk image (Josephine) and today is Amelia's turn... The challenge is to create a project using Steampunk Amelia plus a clock(s) and/or gears! This is my take on the challenge:

I have this gears for almost one year now, I won these Sprocket Gears from Tim Holtz ideology in a candy last Christmas and never used it until today... To tell you the truth I didn´t know in which project to use them but thank to this progresive challenge I have the opportunity!!!

I used different brown tone dps and cardstocks from my stash and the metal gears and I love how it looks, so Steampunk, doesn´t it? I also colored the other Amelia I've got at the group at PCP but didn´t have time to make another card... it´s hard for me to craft during the week after work, so only one today!

Pumpkins and tags

This is my card and tag for this week's progressive challenge at Designed 2 Delight. Every month, on the first Friday, Faith gives you an image and if you make a project and link it to her blog, next Friday you get a new image to play...

This week's set is called "Pumpkins and tags", and as I said is a SET!!! I used all the elements. First I colored everything with my Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils. The sentiments are from another D2D set called "Auttumn mums".

Then I made a card, I used the big image for the front and the pumpkins for the inside. I used dp from Printer Soyuz and orange and brown cardstock.

As embellishments I used a auttumn ribbon and three buttons in brown, orange and green and made a bow to each button with embroidery thread in the same color of each button.

For the tag, I only used orange cardstock and the same ribbon plus light orange and dark green ribbon.

There is a new blog challenge for ATCs called Wicked Wednesday and the first challenge is "All about you". Just few weeks ago I was trying first time participating in a ATC blog challenge and I like the idea of this mini-cards :)

Why this image? This is something I dream of: to be in a field of flowers enjoying the fragances. I like blue color as my favorite, my hair is dark red naturally and I have to admit that although now I like it when I was younger I didn't :( I love flowers and my favorite season is spring, and I like all kinds of flowers and all kinds of colors for them.
I printed the image from Pink Cat Studio on the cardstock and colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils. I used a blue ribbon as embellishment with a small bow.

Sassy Studio Design is celebrating that at PCP group they have 500 members... and I'm one of them :)

They gave us this digistamp to play with, the challenge is to use it and Using metal embellisments. I colored the image with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils and mounted it on a red mat. (For a few hours still available as freebie)

I mostly used black and white color and a touch of red... sassy! The papers are from a DCWV stack that I used but I forgot about the scraps and thought today is a great ocasion to use it because of the black and white and the silver glitter on it.

I used a red lace and 4 metallic blings.

Hehehe... love the sentiment for this card (Create with TLC), I love wild boys... that´s the reason for being a boy, right???

The image is from Digi My World "sk8er" and I like how it looks the coloring, I did with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils.

I used 3 dp and distressed the edges with a distressing tool. I used a ribbon and made a knot and used 3 star eyelets.

Today I had a little time to craft and I made a couple of cards, this one is the first and in the next post you can see the second one.

As I told you in my previous post, I was coloring with the rainbow colors with my Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils. this one goes from purple in the center to red in the outside.

I used dp from Folia, red cardstock, micro embossed green paper. I also used a dark yellow polka dotted ribbon and made a bow, I used bling in green, red and yellow.

CDAC Progressive Challenge #4 - one more card

Today I have a little bit of time and I was coloring two more mandalas for the CDAC progressive challenge. Yesterday I was monochromatic and today... multichromatic!

Today I was inspired by the colors of the rainbow and this one is the first one I did, going from red in the center to purple in the outside. I colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils.

I used dp from Folia and yellow cardstock. I made faux stitches with a fine red marker. I used a sentiment (It was a freebie somewhere... do you remember where?) I also used a yellow rick-rack and a red button and a green button.

CDAC Progressive Challenge #4

This is my only card for this round at CDAC Progresive challenge (#4) as this is the only image that is not a Halloween one, as I don´t celebrate Halloween I don't make cards for that festivity.

This beautiful mandala is from Daisy Doodles and I colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils using light and dark lavendar color. I distressed the edges with a distressing tool and also for the lavander mat the same treatment.

I used paper scraps from my scraps' box, I tried curling in one of them (first time doing this). I also used white lace (and I pleated it) and a lavendar decorated ribbon, made a bow with it, and I also used three lavander gems. I include a Thank you sentiment as this card is to say thank you to a friend.

Hope butterfly

This is my card for this week's challenge at D2D, Designed to Delight, free stamp of the month.
This is a progresive challenge, the first Friday of the month you get a free image at D2D blog and if you use it in a project you receive a new image to play with in you email inbox the next Friday. If you didn´t play last week and didn´t get the freebie, you can buy the image in the store and then, next week you get the new image :)

This week's image freebie is "Hope butterfly". I colored it with acuarelable pencils and mounted it in a pink cardstock. And I printed and colored two small ones and used them as embellishment.

I wanted to make a CAS card. I used pink cardstocks only. I used a lot of bling. Big ones on the top of the card and gems around the images.

Is it to much pink? Anyways... let's be conscious and explore ourselves, go to the doctor, make the mamograms once a year and give hope to the ones that are fighting against the breast cancer.

I feel terible as I can´t craft as I wish... I'm having very busy days lately and can´t make cards as I would like to do... If my weeks are just like the last two ones, I need to star with my Christmas card next week!!!

I used a Bugaboo stamp that I won in a challenge a couple of month ago (yeah!) and colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils. (I really like how the hair looks)

I used a glittered dp from my stash and cardstock in dark yellow and red.

As embellishments I used three red flowers with yellow bling as center, red bling and a sentiment (I can´t remember where I've got it as freebie) that I cut with fiskar scallop scissors. I also made some faux stitches with a red fine marker.

I do like Bugaboo Stamps... I think I made more cards with Bugaboo Stamps than any other company else...

It was really hard to find a dp for a bee card... and this one was my best choice for this card... :)

I colored the image with Koh.i.noor acuarelable pencils and cut it to the edge so I can sit him in the horizontal band.

I used a dotted dp (Printer Soyuz), purple cardstock, a yellow gingham ribbon, three purple buttons and some yellow cord to make the knots to the buttons.

When I made this card I was thinking in rainbows... but ending having halloween colors!

The image is a Nutcrafters' one, I've got as freebie a few weeks ago (still available). This girl looks so cute... I colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils.

I didn´t use any dp, only cardstocks in purple, orange, green and yellow colors. As embellishment I used a green ribbon and made a bow. I also made some faux stitches and distressed the border of the yellow mat with a distressing tool.

everything pink.... I can´t imagine another color for a just new born baby girl, can you?

The image is from Bugaboo Stamps and I colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils. I made some faux stitches around the image with a pink fine marker and mounted it on a pink cardstock.

Today I didn´t use any dp, only two different tones of pink cardstock. I also used a gorgeous pink ribbon with a baby design and I used buttons in different shapes and pink tones.That's it!

... for a very happy birthday!!!!!! I love this A Day For Daisies image... it's so cute and yummy!!!!!!!!

I colored the image with Koh-i-noor markers,nothing special about them, they are just normal school markers, but I don´t have any other fancy ones and I like to try different techniques... I mounted it on a fuchsia cardstock.

I used a "berry" designed vellum from Folia a fuchsia dp from India (the country) and a white microembossed white cardstock. I also used a strawberry ribbon and made a bow too, a lace and some dark pink gems. The sentiment is a freebie I've got in a blog, but can´t remember which one (if you know, please, let me know to give credit to the artist)

Hello!
After a few days without posting anything today I come back and hope to do many cards this week. Last week I was crazy busy and I was running a lot and as you may (or may not) know I craft when my little angel is asleep and I was so tired that I didn´t have the strength to do anything after Vicky went to bed :) Sometimes life is more bussy that we want... I didn´t hop during WCMD, I didn´t make a card neither, so I hope to update this week!

Ok, this is a card I made using a Pollycraft freebie (Gorgeous the monster), a cute monster that I colored with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils, I cut it and mounted it with foami tape to give some dimension... I distressed the white paper and with a Fiskars scallop scissors I cut the external circle.

I used a Muresco green dp, and red and blue cardstock. I also used a red ribbon and made a knot. The sentiment is from Ginger's House a freebie back in May. I really like this sentiment, because is what you think of your friends, they are unique and you love them as they are...

This is the first card I made for this round at CDAC Progressive Freebie Challenge #3... I almost forget about it...ooops!

I used the image from Just Inklined, a gorgeous sunflower with a beautiful butterfly... I colored it with acuarelable pencils. I distressed the edges with a brown ink pad.

I used dp from my stash, I also used dotted brown ribbon and a lot of yellow-orange bling.

And I like how it looks :)

I am very happy... today (Sept 28th) is my birthday, wow... one more year!!!!!!!!! And this week I passed more than 100 followers!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH... I feel very grateful to you who like what I do and want to be a friend...

This is my card for this week's progresive challenge at Designed 2 Delight. I made a little research, because as I am not native English speaker I wasn´t sure what kind of flower we were talking about... and look at many pictures of this beautiful flowers to make my card. (The one here is from Southern Living)

As I told you few days ago, I like ballerinas... and this one I've got it when I won a challenge a few weeks ago...

It is a Wags 'n Whiskers and it is called Tiny dancer. I colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils.

I used a music paper as background and a purple cardstock as mat for the image. As embellishment I used two duos of little purple ribbon roses.

Isn´t it sweet this cutie giving food to the chicks? It looks so happy doing that task...

This is one of my favorite images from Mo Manning's. Its name is Chickies... and I colored it with Koh-i.-noor acuarelable pencils and I distressed the border with a blue inkpad.

I used striped dp in green, blue and yellow colors and yellow cardstock as a mat for the image. As embellishment I used a duo of yellow flowers with blue gems on the center.

Pyramid image

This is a first time for me at making pyramid image... And I think, for first time is not so bad!

The image is from Nicecrane Designs, a freebie I've got a while ago but never tried until today :) I colored it with EK Success Memory pencils.

The image is called "Sweet girl" and is a twisted square pyramid. I used foami tape to build it.

I only used purple cardstock as mat for the image and the sentiment. Yesterday, the DT ladies from Less Is More were visiting me and many of them told me I need to leave more white space for their challenge, so I hope this one fits on it :)

The sentiment is a freebie I've got, and I can´t find the file where I kept it to let you know who is the artist... I'll keep looking until I found it!
